From Seoul
to Manila

Soul Pilates Studio was born from a deep love of intentional movement, brought to the Philippines by @fonv_pilates — an instructor whose pilates journey began in Seoul, South Korea.

Nestled at the 2nd Floor of Banig Building inside PARQAL Mall in Paranaque City, Soul Pilates was created to be a space where every body is welcomed, celebrated, and challenged at its own pace.
